Vegetarian Porridge

Do you love porridge?

We love to eat porridge when raining day, the hot porridge can warm up our body.

Mum studied on how to cook yummy vegetarian porridge, finally she succeeded.

It was so delicious and also healthy!

The ingredients:

1. Basmati rice (soak for about 4 hours)

2. Potatoes (in cubes shape)

3. Bear’s head Hericium mushroom (cut into smaller size)

4. Cabbage

5. Carrot

Mixed all ingredient and boil for more than 1 hour.

To make it more yummy, you can also mixed with Fried mushroom leg.
