A happy news for this week, we’ve harvested Organic sweet potatoes from our garden, thanks to the hard work from my parent.
Mum was extremely happy with the lovely Organic sweet potatoes.
Mum cooked a variety of Organic sweet potatoes dessert for us to enjoy. So blessed!
Basically, the most simple thing you can try is to steam the sweet potatoes with skin (if Organic), you can taste the real sweet potatoes.
Sweet, tasty, healthy and nice, moreover, it’s full of nutrient, superior in fiber, full of vitamin A, B6, C, D, iron, magnesium, potassium and others.
Another way of cooking is caramel Sugar coating Sweet potatoes. It’s not so healthy as we need to fried the sweet potatoes and coated with Molasses sugar. However, you can pamper yourself once a while….

The cooking method is quite simple, fried the sweet potatoes until golden color.
Mix up the sugar until melted, put in the organic Black and white sesame, immediately mixed with the fried sweet potatoes. You must do it fast when is hot, if not the sugar will be crystalized.
One more cooking method is Chinese Sweet potatoes dessert.
