Tofu or bean curd is an important protein for vegetarian diet.
Tofu has a low-calorie count, relatively large amounts of protein, and little fat.
There are many cooking method.
We had a nice simple tofu dish during our trip in Hong Kong.
I shared with my mum on the cooking method. She took a try and the result was great!
