This morning, My lovely mum cooked for us, Organic Mixed Vegetable curry Lai Fun as breakfast.
Lai Fun is a variety of Chinese noodle, it’s made from rice flour and tapioca starch.
It’s so tasty and healthy, we never put any coconut milk in the curry.
We love curry, it’s a great way to boast up our happy day!
It’s easy to prepare, you need to do is to prepare Organic soup based….
1. Organic Turnip
2. Organic Cabbage
3. Organic hericium mushroom
4. Organic Carrot
Then, add in the chili paste, it’s all depend on how spicy you can take….
We’ve a little garden at the backyard, we can get fresh mint leaves and also calamansi to further to enhance the fragrance of curry.
We’ve put in the below mixed vegetables to our curry noodle,
1. Organic Vegetables
2. Organic brinjal
3. Organic Lady Finger
4. Organic Mint Leaves
5. Organic Coriander
6. Organic long bean
8. Organic Tomato
9. Organic bean curd
10. Organic calamansi
The only not organic food is the noodle.
You can put whatever vegetables you love to the curry soup. It’s healthy diet.
