Vegetarian Fried Rice with Edamame

Fried Rice is one of the popular cuisine in Asian.

It’s nice and easy to prepare.

Mum prepared a superb healthy vegetarian fried rice for us, she added in the home-grown organic Edamame.

Edamame is full of nutrition:

1. Edamame is high in protein. In fact, it has higher protein content than soya beans by 86 percent.

For a vegetarian, this is one of the important source of protein.

2. High in anti-oxidant.

3. Low calories

4. Fiber

5. Phytoestrogens

Edamame also has Phytoestrogens that helps prevent cancer.

1. Edamame, boiled until the pods become soft. Peeled it.
