Mum prepared a superb healthy vegetarian fried rice for us, she added in the home-grown organic Edamame.
Edamame is full of nutrition:
1. Edamame is high in protein. In fact, it has higher protein content than soya beans by 86 percent.
For a vegetarian, this is one of the important source of protein.
2. High in anti-oxidant.
3. Low calories
Edamame also has Phytoestrogens that helps prevent cancer.

The ingredients for the Vegetarian fried rice:
1. Edamame, boiled until the pods become soft. Peeled it.
2. Organic corn, Organic Coriander, Organic Home grown red Chili, Vegetarian wheat gluten
3. Organic Whole grain rice
Mum was using the Organic whole grain rice (10 types). A healthy living!
4. Organic black & white sesame
5. Organic Soy source
