This week, My aunty come to visit us.
My aunty and mum were working together to prepare a nice dumpling which taught by our late grandma.
It’s more than 15 years, we never ever had chance to taste the great dumpling.
This round, we need to modify the recipe which to replace the meat to gluten.
However, the result was amazing! It’s taste superb and most important, our gratitude to our grandma for the great recipe and also the love from mum and our aunty when they were prepared the dumpling, they took a very long time and process to prepare.
Organic pearl Glutinous Rice
Organic Peanut (roast the peanut and crush it)
Gluten (Vegetarian Char Siew)
It’ll take more than 2 1/2 hours to steam it.
I can’t share with you the process of making as I was not at home.
Here, I can show you the end result, both of them took almost a day to accomplish the dumpling, full of love.
Being vegan just gives you such great karma.
