Do you love glutinous rice?
There are many cooking style for glutinous rice.
As a vegetarian, we enjoyed many way of cooking too. Thanks to my lovely mum.
Today, Mum prepared the steamed Vegetarian glutinous rice with organic mushroom and organic curry potato.
The ingredients are as below:
1. Natural pearl glutinous rice
2. Organic Mushroom
3. Golden mushroom
4. Organic potato
5. Home grown organic curry leaves
6. Organic lettuce
7. Organic Peanut
What you need to do?
1. Soak glutinous rice for about 6 hours.
2. Soak the organic dried mushrooms until softened. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat cooking oil, stir fry organic mushroom and golden mushroom for a couple of minutes.
4. Add rice, and seasoning. Fry until evenly coated.
5. Get ready to steam the glutinous rice, at least 45 minutes.
6. In between, about 25 minutes, you need to turn it upside down.
For the Organic curry potato, cut the potato into cube shape.
Just put the curry paste,curry leaves, potato and water.
To enjoy healthy lifestyle, we don’t put coconut milk. It’s tasty too.
