Vegetarian “Bak Kut Tea”

Bak Kut Teh is the popular Chinese Soup served in Malaysia, S’pore and southern Thailand.

What does it mean? It meant “Meat Bone Tea”

As a vegetarian, we can enjoy Vegetarian Bak Kut Tea too.

My gratitude to my lovely mum, she can cook well for the vegetarian Bak Kut Tea.

Basically, it’s very simple, you just need to buy the Vegetarian Bak Kut Tea Spice and Sauce.

The Bak Kut Tea spices contained of Angelica Sinensis, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Ginseng, Polygonati Odorati and more Chinese herbs…

Ingredients:

1. Organic Mushroom

2. Organic Shitake mushroom

3. Organic Tau Fu Pok (Fried Beancurd)

4. Organic Fried Dried Beancurd

5. Veggie Slices (Made from Soya bean)

6. Organic Black Fungus

7. Organic Vegetables (on your choices)

The steps are so simple, just poured “Bak Kut Teh”spices to the soup and boiled for 30 mins, then

put in other vegetarian ingredient. The last step, just put in your favorite vegetables.
