A lot of people love to ask us, “How to you boil soup as a vegetarian?”
People might have difference ideas that the soup will not taste good as we never put “meat” as main ingredients.
However, to us we can taste the “original fresh ingredients”.
We love to take soup as it’s easy to prepare and full of nutrient.
Today, mum prepared “beetroot soup”…
The ingredients are:
1. Organic Beetroot
2. Organic Red Dates
3. Organic Corn
4. Dry Golden Mushroom
What you need to do, just put all ingredients in your cooking pot, plus alkaline water and boiled for more than 2 hours.
You can enjoy good soup, it can warm you in cold weather.
