Fried Arrowhead cracker

Chinese  New Year is around the corner.

One of the yearly speciality is arrow head (Nyaku), you can see only during Chinese New Year.

There are many cooking method, one of the most common is Fried Arrow head crackers. It’s so nice to eat but a long time process needed to do the preparation.

Today is an off day, our family are busy to prepare the fried arrowhead cracker, we enjoyed the family close bonding moment, it’s so blessed.

You need to be patience to slice it properly before deep frying..

Heat the oil and put in the arrowhead piece by piece.. Be patient!
