Do you keen to skip your breakfast?
When we read the word of “Break, “Fast”, we know that this is the important meal to our body after a long night rest. This is the best time for our body to absorb nutrition, to energize our body.
We are blessed that our lovely mum will prepared yummy breakfast to us daily.
She will get ready the traditional brewed coffee and also organic noodle with different type of cooking style serve as breakfast.
One of the vegetarian fried Flat Noodle (Kway teow) is nice to be breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients as below:
1. Flat noodle
2. Organic vegetables
3. Organic chili
You can also include in:
4. Organic mushroom
5. Organic Beancurd roll
Mum put in additional effort that she place the home-grown banana leaf under the Vegetarian fried flat noodle.
If you keep hot foodstuff in a banana leaf it releases the vitamin-c it contains, as such you can get more nutrition and enrichment. Besides, the aroma of food taste much better with the green banana leaf.
