Organic Vegetarian Dumpling

Recently, we bought a recipe book on how to make dumpling (jiaozi) in the book fair.

We love to enjoy good dumpling, yet we don’t know how to make the skin of dumpling.
The book was so helpful.

This morning, our family were enjoying the process of making dumpling, what a great moment in life! It was full laughter, joy, happiness and also positive energy. We must cook in the happy mode, so that we can share the happiness with whoever eating the food later. Remember to SMILE when you are cooking!

The ingredients:

Organic Unbleached Plain flour, 300 gram
Water, 150 gram

The ingredients for dumpling:

1. Organic cabbage
2. Organic Carrot
3. Organic Black Fungus
4. Organic Mushroom
5. Organic black and white sesame
6. Organic Soy cube
7. Home Grown Organic Chili

Stir fry all ingredients to get ready to make the dumplings….

You can mix whatever vegetables you love, make whatever shape you love, you can steam pan-fried, deep fried or put in soup…
