This morning, I went for a charity walk and the organizer given us a goodie bag which consisted of 2 slices of bread. I bought home together with some of my friend’s goodie bag.
After a short discussion of my lovely mum, we decided to cook Organic Vegetarian curry potatoes to eat together with the bread. It’s a great combination and we can finish all bread in a meal without any wastage.
The ingredients of Organic Vegetarian curry potatoes:
1. Organic Potatoes
2. Organic Soy cube
3. Organic home-grown Pandan leaves
4. Organic home-grown curry leaves
5. Chili pastes
To preserve our good health, we never put any coconut milk yet it taste great too.
Look at the nice combination, Vegetarian curry and toast bread… Our yummy dinner!
