Today, mum was trying to make the mochi with crushed Organic Peanut with black and white sesame.
It’s so fun to try on new recipe…
The ingredients as below:
1. Glutinous rice flour plus water and steamed for 30 minutes
2. Organic Peanut (roasted and crushed)
3. Organic black and white sesame
4. Organic molasses sugar
Mum preferred to use the traditional way to crush the roasted peanut as compared using the blender as you can bite on the crunchy peanut.
