It’s a raining season in our country. The weather is so cooling.
How great if we can have some hot stuffs in the morning to warm our body.
This morning, my lovely mum is cooking Vegetarian hot curry. To take care our health, we change the normal noodle to spaghetti, its like the mixing of east and west. What a great combination!
Most important is to prepare soup based, then mixed with curry paste and others ingredients up to your preferences.

We are blessed to have such a tasty vegetarian hot curry noodle in such weather and also this year the heavy rain downpour causing flood in many areas. Our gratitude that we still can have a bowl of home cook vegetarian curry.
