Cooking can be an art, even though simple ingredients, it can look nice, healthy and yummy. It’s all depend on your creativity and passion.
To me, the most important effort in cooking is your full-hearted, you give your best blessing in food preparation and make wishes that “May everyone who enjoy my cooking be well and happy!” If you are full of negative energy like anger, frustration, disappointment, sad, depressed, worry, fear and other negative emotion, please do not cook as you are going to spread your negativity and emotional “poison” to others. Do remember that this is not the ultimate objective of cooking. Always ask yourself why are you cooking? You want to share your happiness and peace through your food. Let’s your food be the best nutrient to body and mind.
We planted a lot of “Apple leaves” vegetables, we bought the plant from Organic market and it grow well in our garden. We are using organic farming, no pesticide and chemical fertilizer. It’s healthy for us and also insect friends for consumption. Normally, our lovely insect friends will enjoy the fresh organic vegetables, then only our family will eat the vegetables. We live in harmony and we share food together.
My lovely mum was using a simple cooking method, boiled water and cook the fresh vegetables and mixed with the dried noodle. What we need to do, just pour some soya sauce, curry paste sauce and we can enjoy the Dried noodle with home-grown organic vegetables. Superb easy, yummy, fresh and healthy!
Simple life is the best life and we live well with vegetarian diet.
