Colorful combination of Dried Noodle

Whenever, I dine out, I love to spend time to learn on the new cuisine, new cooking method and later, I can apply to our home cook meal. We can have more variety of vegetarian dishes and also it’s so fun to cook and explore new cuisine.

Instead of normal dried noodle, we make slight changes and modification to ensure we can take complete nutrition from all colors of vegetables. Besides, the taste of food, I believe that we need to prepare in a nice color combination and also a good food presentation. It can bring happiness to you and also people who are enjoying the meal with you.

The ingredients are as below:

1. Organic Lecture
2. Organic Carrot
3. Organic mushroom
4. Organic fungus
5. Organic Chili
6. Giant Abalone Mushroom
7. Organic White/ Black Sesame
8. Fried Mushroom leg
9. Dried noodle
10. Chili paste

Get ready the soya sauce, mixed well with vegetable soup, organic mushroom, organic fungus and organic chili, then, pour to the dried noodle.
