I love to further enhance my life with learning new way of diet and share whatever I learn with people surrounding. Sometimes, I also shared with my friends why not join me to attend for the cooking class, it’s not only cooking but a right way of living, learn to use the pure food as medicine and also a right diet to sustain great health for yourself and your family. Most important, to learn how to live harmony with nature for environment preservation and world peace.
Yesterday, I attended a workshop on macrobiotic lifestyle and organic living with cooking classes. It was a great opportunity to learn and we are grateful to have such a wonderful and knowledgeable teacher. Organic vegan diet, it’s the best way to preserve good health, giving contribution to environment and showing our great respect to all living beings.
The cooking method is so simple, by just using all organic ingredients without adding any sugar in dish yet still taste delicious. Some of my friends who are meat eaters love to complain that they feel so hungry after a vegetarian meal, we might think they’ve a good digestion system, however in reality, they are having too much stomach acid. A balance vegetarian diet will sustain your energy and you don’t need to take too much. No worry about hunger and I am only taking 2 meals per day yet I feel energised as long as your meal is full of nutrient.
