Have you ever imagine that you are responsible for the life of others?
The food you are cooking actually nourishing people mind and body. How healthy we are. it depend on what kind of food you are feeding your body? Are you eating right food to nourish your body and mind? When you are taking wrong food, everything goes wrong in your life. Imagine, if you are cooking wrong or unhealthy food to your family, you are gradually causing them losing their health. You are bringing harm instead of benefit.
If you are a cook for yourself and your family, please explore more, read, understand and practise more on good and healthy cooking. Don’t believe in whatever you hear, you see, you read… Most important, experience it by cooking and always listen to your body.
Recently, I am learning macrobiotic cooking and my teacher always reminded us, Kitchen is the life force of whole family. We must be happy, positive, passion and always full of a heart of gratitude that you have so much good food from nature which can nourish you and your family. Of course, you must be gratitude too as you have a chance to serve and to care about your family body and mind. How amazing!
Besides, we must take care the cleanliness of ourselves before start cooking, our body especially our hand is clean and most important our mind must be clean too. We must always make a wish that “May my cooking bring happiness, joy, positivity to whoever is enjoying. May they be well and happy!” You are able to shine your energy to others. Take a try!!!
This is a simple one pot organic brown rice mixed with other organic ingredients that I cooked for myself and family. Our family members are nourish with good nutrient and good energy. We are smiling when we are enjoying our meal.
Organic brown rice (Soaked for 8 hours before cooked)
Organic lotus seed (Soaked for 8 hours before cooked)
Natural burdock (Slice thinly)
Organic black fungal
Cooked the organic brown rice and stir-fry others ingredients, then just mixed with the rice and add in the organic roast peanut.
