Vegetarian organic fried brown rice…

Before we start cooking, we need to spend quite sometimes to clean our vegetables, beans, get ready all utensils and others. Usually, the time spend in preparation is longer than cooking. Most important, you must know what do you want to cook and get ready everything. Never ever make yourself stressful and do it step by step.

Imagine if you are stress, you might be totally collapsed and become more messy as you don’t know what to do, instead of speed up, perhaps you might slow down your total process of cooking. One more important note, we must always maintain the cleanliness of our kitchen, as it’s the holy place to sustain the life force. Without food and drink, we can’t survive.

This morning, I spend sometimes to prepare my meal by cleaning and cutting organic vegetables, organic mushroom and others before start cooking. Basically, the process is quite massive.
