When we build our house, we need to ensure we are using good raw material to make sure our house is solid and able to last for sometimes. This is crucial when we build the foundation of house, it must be solid and strong, if not it make collapsed once any strong wind or natural disaster.
This is an easy example to understand. However, when come to food intake, some of us might totally forget our body is build from the food we consume. When you are having good and balancing of food, your immune system is become stronger and you are healthier and not so easy to get sick. Ask yourself, have you ever feed yourself correctly? Are you supporting your body with healthy diet?

This morning, I prepared an organic brown rice mixed with Organic millet (Sweet). Please remember to soak your brown rice and millet overnight, its easy for our body to absorb and digest the nutrient from rice after soaking. The rice became Nutrion-densed after soaking overnight. However, please buy organic if you want to enjoy the great benefit. For non-organic grains, no matter how many hours you soak the grains, it’ll never sprout as dead being sprayed too much of chemical for preserve and also pesticides.
