How about if you like to cook?
Of course, you are going to cook health and good food to nourish your body and mind, and also you are going to share your healthy food with your family and friends. How wonderful!
Besides, you can also share cooking tips with others to further enhance their life with right cooking method and also right food to eat in order to live healthy.
I found out that many people I know have wrong understanding on vegetarian diet. General perception are: The cooking method is boring, no taste, a lot of gluten food (Mock meat), artificial food, putting a lot of flavouring and other negative opinion. Majority of my Chinese friends are saying that “No sweetness” in vegetarian soup as compare to boil soup with meat.
It’s really hard to explain by wording and say, how nice and how tasty is the vegetarian soup. Usually, I’ll bring the Organic Vegetable soup in container to keep warm and let’s them to enjoy the original “Sweet” taste from the organic vegetable. We don’t need to add a lot of flavour, sauce and others. However, I insisted to use 100% organic food in my cooking unless I can’t source. You just need to use simple cooking method with organic vegetables, back to basic, the way how our ancestor cooked the sou and give your whole-hearted of loving kindness when cooking. The soup will be full of love and positive energy. It’ll definitely give great nutrient to people who are enjoying. It’s amazed and changed people mindset once they taste the organic soup. Usually, they’ll immediately ask for recipe and cook for their family.
Today, I cooked Organic vegetable and somen soup, full of nutrient and sweetness from organic vegetables. Simple ingredients like, Organic mushroom, Organic White Radish, Kumbu, Wild shiitake mushroom, organic pea, organic vegetables, King oyster mushroom, Monkey mane mushroom, Organic parsley and organic Somen.
