Are you having home-cooked breakfast during weekend? or You love to hang out to dine-out with families and friends during weekend? The most important is to spend quality time together and consume food which bring nutrient to your body and mind.
The more I read about the fact of nutrient and the interrelation between food and health, the more conscious I am. If possible, I’ll dine-out in restaurant that I am confident, of course, sometimes, we need to dine-out with friends and we can’t just insist so much on our preferred healthy restaurant. In such a case, I’ll try my best to select the “Healthiest” menu and also start the detox immediately when I am home. No need to wait until we are sick and the full accumulation of toxins, then only we start detoxification.
When we are cooking home-cook food, we can create strong bonding between family members as we are happily prepare yummy and healthy dishes together. We use the best healthy organic ingredients and cooking with love and joy. This positive vibes will definitely go into the food we prepared. The person who are eating the positive vibes food, they are also being positive. Always remember that our body consist of 70% of water, and a water good experiment shown that the shape of molecule of water will change when there are accepting difference energy. As such, always cooking with love and full of happiness, spread happiness to people surrounding!
This morning, Sis & I prepared organic pita bread with shiitake mushroom, Pan fried Organic pumpkin, organic cucumber and also organic lecture. We also added the organic salad with sesame sauce. What a simple and best way to start a beautiful weekend!
