We are easily to show dislikes and give negative comments to things that we experienced in the past. I followed the macrobiotic way of living, 50% of my meal consists of organic brown rice. I can sustain my energy for long and not sleepy after meal. Even though, I took 2 meals per day, I’ve sufficient nutrient. Whenever, I shared with people to take organic brown rice as one of the main source of their diet. I always receive negative feedback, “Ops, brown rice taste horrible, so hard and dry.”, “no carbo, please. It’ll make me fat.”
How sad that people not even take initiative to find out the truth! Information is easily accessible. Well, you can be not trust on the information. Why not take a try? Feel your body! You know the best answer!
Today, I cooked Organic brown rice with Hijiki, organic Shimeji mushroom, Organic carrot and burdock with my Donabe pot. Taste awesome!
