My happy lunch…

After cooking, Are you cleaning your kitchen sink well with detergent?

Are you dumping whatever food, fruits skin and other food stuffs aside your kitchen sink?

If you do so, you action is going to clog the sink. In a short time, you are unable to use the sink.

Normally, we can understand clearly on this example. However, when come to taking care of our body, we might unaware or intentionally not to bother to take care our body need but we give first priority to satisfy our desire to eat whatever food we want without consider any consequences. Most of us, we love to keep saying and also pacify ourselves by saying “Life is short, let’s enjoy fullness. No matter how much we take care, we are going to die.” Of course, no one can escape from death, however, why not die well instead of suffering from illness? How much pain we bring to ourselves and others when we are sick. To be healthy, its one of the way to bring benefits to others.

Imagine, if we simply take whatever food which is “poisons” to body, soon or later, we are going to clog our internal system. Then, we fall sick! Why not pay attention and take care our precious body while we are still healthy and fit?

Usually, I try my best to reduce dine-out to avoid intake unhealthy food. The most are 2 times per week. The more I purify myself, the more alert is my body system. My body can sense unhealthy food and react immediately. All the sickness, body pain, uncomfortable and other symptom, are related to food intake. You might take the wrong food without your realisation as you might numb your body system with “poisons and toxins”. As such, you are unable to react until illness formed.

I enjoyed eating simple organic brown rice as my staple food. I never fall on sleep after my lunch. However, I had 2 consecutive day taken white rice without choice, my body collapsed as too high sugar and no nutrient.

I enjoyed my simple organic brown rice, organic black rice, organic same seed and organic black eye pea as my lunch! My body is free of burden with the right food intake!
