I love to practice on whatever I learn. Cooking is fun! We can apply our creativity in cooking and always try for new recipe, mix and match which is going to bring surprises to yourself and to those who are enjoying your cooking.

Even though, I am a vegetarian, I read non-vegetarian recipe to study whether any new idea or new way to cook in vegetarian style. To take good care of yourself and your family, its worth to spend time to read and learn.

I read an article on how to define a healthy person, you look younger 2 years from your age if you are at 20 plus. If you are at 30 plus, you should look younger about 2-3 years. When you are 40 plus, you should look younger 5 years from your age.
