Dine out…

I just got back from my short trip. This was my first trip after I followed macrobiotic diet. Even though, I am staying in 5 star resort hotel, however, there was no brown rice, no miso soup and other food that I am eating daily. It was really hard to achieve good portion of 5311.

I understood well why my teacher was on fasting when she was in oversea as most of food, not providing nutrient which not benefit to body and yet bring harm. Eating for the purpose to stop our hunger and yet bring so much burden to our body to work harder for digestion and get rid of toxins.

Luckily, I brought Organic miso soup in packet and I just need hot water to make a bowl of soup for my breakfast. I am able to get some food to eat.

The situation worsen when I dine-out, too much sugar in the food. First time that I experienced “Super Sweet” fried Noodle which I can’t even take a bite. Imagine, in a long run, how much disaster it going to bring to harm our body.

I missed my home-cooked meal especially organic brown rice, even though it’s a simple meal yet full of nutrient and I feel so comfortable to enjoy as I know its free from substances which bring harm to body.

So blessed to have a simple macrobiotic meal. No burden to our body!
