Happy Vegan day!

Recently, I heard some of my friends are not well and sick. It was alarming and they are about my age and some even younger than me. It’s a great reminder for me to continue macrobiotic way of living and I am moving towards, be a vegan. Basically, I don’t use any dairy or eggs products in my cooking. However, when I dine out, I might take some of the food which contained dairy or eggs.

One of my friend shared with me that she had thickening lining in her womb. So, her medical doctor asked her to remove the harden lining. Its something new to me and I consulted my macrobiotic teacher. Teacher’s sharing is shocking, she said”This is the result of taking too much eggs and dairy products.”

Now, I know why many of my friends are having sickness related to reproductive organ. The situation is alarming as many of us, we love pastry and dessert which are full of dairy and eggs. We are not aware the impact of eggs and dairy which are going to bring disaster to our life. Even we know, we might not compromise to let go and we would like to satisfy our taste bud. We want “good taste”, “Good food” and forget about “good health”.

I started to learn Organic vegan baking and I hope I can bring awareness to people surrounding that it’s not hard to accept pastry without eggs and dairy. It’s still taste great! Change your mind and you are going to change your world!
