Have you ever failed in your cooking?
The food you cooked is not per your expectation and also similar to recipe.
How do you feel?
Are you sad? Are you disappointed?
One of my friend shared with me that she failed many times in her cooking, she never give-up, continuously to try and brush-up her skill. Of course, you can’t throw away food, if you are lucky, your family members will help you to finish all the food, if not, you need to finish by yourself.
I am not worry about failure, most challenging is how to consume all food and avoid wastage. The more time we failed in life, it makes us a better person. It’s just like a little baby before they know how to walk stable, they fall down constantly. It’s a great test to know how patience and persistence you are.
Recently, I followed the recipe to bake crispy Organic Vegan Granola bar and I try to adjust the recipe and baked in larger volume. However, I forgot to split to 2 baking tray. As such, the result was not crispy but chewy, moreover not granola bar, it was loose granola.
I never give up to try to bake again to ensure the loose granola can stick well, I added additional organic rice malt and also organic brown rice puff. It turned slightly better. It give a great lesson that always keep our mind in peace, then you can look for opportunity to improve, perhaps we can discover new way of cooking. Never ever start grumbling and complain as it can’t help to rectify the issues.
The ingredients as below:
Organic Spelt flakes
