Sometimes, when I talk with people on the macrobiotics dessert which are no diary, no eggs, no refined sugar, 100% organic and their expression is “Wow! How to enjoy this type of dessert?”
General perception on nice dessert, a must to put in eggs and diary like butter, cheese, milk and others flavouring, then only taste awesome. Of course, this is the mainstream of dessert which eating by majority.
Recently, I went to a workshop to learn macrobiotics sweet, the teacher really open up a new horizon in my life that how awesome is the vegan dessert plus the nice food presentation. You might not even notice it’s vegan dessert. Some of my classmates are very much amazed with this type of quality dessert and they don’t mind to continue with vegan dessert.
I must continue to brush up my skills so I can make a perfect vegan dessert to serve others and change their way of thinking on vegan dessert. Eating is believing!
By continuously eating dessert which contain high white sugar, diaries, artificial flavouring, it’s being so much disaster to our body, example diabetics, obesity, heart disease, stroke and also others modern disease. By cutting down refined sugar, you are going to improve your health tremendously.
