Most of my friends are planned for dine-out for the Chinese New Year reunion dinner to avoid the hassle of cooking at home. Most important, it’s a big challenge to handle dishes for many people in family.
Since most of the people are thinking the same, the restaurant business is so good and hard for the kitchen to cope. Can you imagine how stressful working in kitchen? The chef and helpers need to cope for more than double of their normal business. They are working hard to satisfy all customers, however some of the customers might scream if the food serve late or any small issues. How tense is the total environment! Do you think this can give positive vibes to our food? The food will definitely pre-prepared and its hard for you to enjoy freshness of food. Most important, you can’t spend so much time to enjoy your lunch or dinner as so many people in the waiting queue.
