Are you chewing well?

Living in this fast pace society, most of us are always loved to settle task in speed in the name of saving a few minutes. You can observe clearly on the fast speed life in restaurant, people are eating so fast, some might even forget the function of chewing, perhaps just swallow the food. How can we maintain the good digestive system in body?

If we are not chewing well, it’s a big burden for our stomach, small intestines and other organs to digest the food we eat. High possibility that our body can’t absorb the nutrients. Moreover, you can’t taste the originality of food. When I am chewing the organic brown rice, the more and longer you chew you can actually taste the “sweetness” of rice.
