Even though, I am following macrobiotic way of cooking, I am always tried to learn new dishes and modify the ingredients based on the teaching of macrobiotics. There is no need to follow 100% and so rigid on the recipe. You must be creative and confident in whatever you are cooking. Of course, most important be mindful in your cooking, pour in your unconditional love and positive vibes. People can get your positive vibes through the food, the connection.
