Recently, I went for a local delight restaurant with fiends. I ordered Vegetarian fried rice, its super basic and simple meal. However, the lady boss shared with me that The chef didn’t know how to cook the fried rice as no egg, no meat, no seafood, no garlic and onion. As a result, a simple fried rice turned out to be so hard to eat as no taste and most important, the chef was not putting effort to cook.
