This morning, a thought came to my mind that how can we transfer our responsibility to take care our health to others and we rely so much in dine out breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. We are unsure about the ingredients being used whether good or bad to our health. Some might even ignore the nutrition facts, they jump straight to the taste of food in order to satisfy their senses. To them, sensual sensation is more important than good health.
One of the profound saying from Thich Nhat Hanh, “Nothing can survive without food. Everything we consume acts either to heal us or to poison us.”
Never use excuses like “Busy”, “No time”, “Don’t know”, “Not interested in cooking” and others to being disaster to your health by depending on unhealthy outside food.
No matter how busy I am, I’ll still cook for myself and my family. Nothing is more precious than good health. Every evening, after come back from work, I’ll start to prepare, cut, wash and store ingredients in air tight container for tomorrow morning cooking. I wake up at 5 am to start cooking. Nothing is impossible! It’s all depend on your priority and determination.
You are what you eat! You are responsible to take care of your health!
