Recently, one of my vegan friend shared with us that her surrounding friends commented that she was so skinny and like malnutrition. They try to blame on vegan diet. As a vegan, we are minority in the world population, about 1% and the number is growing.
We accepted different opinions and meaningless to get disappointed or upset from whatever people saying. Just treat as “It is as it is.” No need to react, response and bring unhappiness to our life. The truth is out there.
I believe we know well why are we follow vegan diet? Of course, it meant for our health, environment and also releasing life of animal friends. I believe if you are following vegan diet with right portion of food, you can experience the beautiful transformation in your body and mind. You know well how powerful is the diet!!!
You are definitely slimmer, healthier, more energetic, peaceful and perhaps some of your illness also disappear if you are eating right.

“Nothing will benefit health and increase the chances for survival of life on earth as the evolution to vegetarian diet.”
