Let’s start home cooking…

The food price in cafe and restaurant are increased so much, even though some not increasing price but the food portion is much smaller. It’s really great to give priority and cook at home. A great way to safeguard our health and also save cost.

I’ve met up some friends during Chinese New Year. I am really happy to know that they give priority to home cooked food. They are career ladies, yet they can arrange and allocate their tight schedule to cook a good dinner for their family. They mentioned that their health improved so much after having home cooked dinner which emphasised on more vegetables, less oil and salt.

It’s depend whether are you giving focus to your health or are you willing to surrender your health to others and also rely on doctor when you are sick. Precautions are always better than cure.

A simple plate of home cooked organic vegan fried noodle. Look yummy, healthy and of course cheaper than dine out!

Don’t give excuses, let’s start healthy home cooking. Be the one, who safeguard your health and your family members. This is the best remedy!!!
