I hardly can cook for this week as too busy for my work. I need to leave home early and working out from office as such no way to bring home cooked meal. There are not many option of good vegan food, I did my best to choose the best quality food.
For the past few days, I am taking too much uncooked raw food like salad and other raw vegetables. I can feel the changes in my body, slightly “cold”. I am looking forward to eat “warm” food to balance my body needs.
Yesterday evening after working, I went to have a bowl of hot vegan noodle soup. I felt so good and satisfied. Today, I cooked a pot of vegan herb soup with assorted mushroom and lot of vegetables plus my favourite organic brown rice and millet. I am regaining my body strength.
A great experience for reminder, your body will give you a strong signal if you are not eating right! Listen to your body! Prevention is better than cure!
