balance diet…

Some of my friends are constantly on diet, they are so concern on the food calorie, they are controlling their appetite on their favourite food, some might replace their diet to those food they don’t like in order to achieve weight lost. You might achieve short term result, however your diet might bring disaster to your body and mind.

You might be malnutrition, easy to get tired, sick, lack of energy as your food intake can’t support your body activity. Besides, you are easily to lost temper, emotional not stable, depression, upset and other symptoms.

Why not try a balance plant based diet? Remember to chew your food, at least 30 times per mouthful. You are going to get better digestion, you are aware that you are full and avoid overeating.

A healthy plate of “Nasi Lemak” with replacement of healthy ingredients, brown rice and millet, no coconut milk, no meat, more vegetables and most important,you still enjoy healthy good food.
