Happy Chinese New Year!
I am enjoying to play with food art during the CNY break.
I treated it like a project, from planning to execution. I’ll plan from menu, look out for ingredients, write down recipes, draw out until plating. Another great way to practice mindfulness. If we are missing any ingredients or important steps, the food might not be good.
When you are enjoying whatever you are doing, you’ll never feel tired and bored. When you are doing something for benefits of others, you are going to be more mindful. Relax and have fun in the process.
