Healthy vegan snack… pickle mango

Marinated unripen mango with organic rice malt and sea salt. Refrigerated overnight. It’s really refreshing with taste of sweet, salty and sour. Yeah!

Weather is extremely hot.

We just made a super simple healthy vegan snack.

Pickled mango. Really yummy and refreshing!

We can apply the same method to green papaya too.

Healthy and no burden to our body!
